On Tuesday it was announced that Alberta will be moving forward with Stage 2 of the provincial relaunch plan to begin on June 12. While we are very excited to open our doors to see our clients face-to-face again, we regret to inform you that we are not quite ready for you! We have ordered a few materials and barriers to ensure adequate physical distancing within the clinic and anticipate their arrival early next week. As a result, we will be delaying the relaxation of our current measures until June 22.
On Monday June 22, we would like to welcome you back into the clinic! However, please be advised we will continue with the following measures to ensure our clients, staff and family remain healthy.
• Upon arrival for an appointment, please call the clinic and let us know you are here. When a room is clean and available we will bring you directly into the examination room to reduce the number of clients waiting in the reception area. Due to space limitations we ask that only one individual accompany his/her pet into the examination.

• If you are wishing to hold your pet during the examination we request that you wear and provide your own facial covering. In the same manner, our veterinarians and technicians will also don a mask.
• When the appointment is complete, you will be instructed to take your pet back to your vehicle while we prepare any materials or medication you may need to go home with. When it is ready, you may return back into the clinic.
• If you are picking up a prescription or pet food you are welcome into our reception area. We ask that you follow the markings on the floor and strive to maintain a 2 meter distance between other patrons and staff that may be in the waiting area.
We once again request if you are feeling unwell that you please refrain from attending our veterinary practice. In addition, we will continue to offer curb-side appointments to any individuals that would prefer this method of delivery of service.
Again, thank you for your continued patience and understanding through these uncertain times. We are looking forward to welcoming the members of our community back into the clinic.
